TD Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 11, 2016, to consider inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and publication thereof, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares will remain closed from May 01, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of "Insider Trading".<BR><BR>The said Trading Window closure has been notified internally by the Company today.
