| Taj Gvk Hotels and Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following business:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and recommend dividend if any.<br/><br/>2. To fix the date of the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM).<br/><br/>3. To fix the date of book closure of Share Transfer Books and Register of Members for the purpose of AGM and distributing dividend if any. | |
