| Taj Gvk Hotels and Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2014, has appointed Mr. J Srinivasa Murthy as CFO and Company Secretary of the Company as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 and also as per the clauses of the Listing Agreement.<br/><br/>Further, the Company also informed that Mr. Murthy is presently working with the Company as General Manager - Finance and Company Secretary of the Company. | |
