Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd has informed BSE that TAAL Tech India Pvt. Ltd. (TTIPL), a subsidiary of the Company, has informed that out of the aggregate issue of 1,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 33.37 per share to Mr. Prakash Saralaya, Chief Executive Officer, based on the valuation report of an Independent Valuer, its Board of Directors have allotted him the first tranche of 50,000 equity shares at theft meeting held on October 16, 2014.
