Tantia Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>1. Due to loss during the year company has not proposed any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 appointment of Ms. Priti Todi as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. May 30, 2016.<BR><BR>The Meeting was started on May 30, 2016 at 3.00 P.M. and continued till 5.00 P.M. and resumed on May 31, 2016 at 3.10 P.M. and concluded at 6:10 P.M.
