Tantia Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 as amended from time to time, and pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchange(s), Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Shares will remain closed from August 03, 2015 to August 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of aforesaid Board Meeting.
