| Tarini International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2014, inter alia, considered and approved the following businesses :<br/><br/>1. Recommendation of Dividend @ Re 0.20/- per share.<br/><br/>2. Reconstitution and rename of Remuneration Committee as "Nomination and Remuneration committee" as per Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Establishment of vigil mechanism as per Section 177(9) and (10) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 7 of Companies (Meeting of Board and its powers) Rules 2014. | |
