| Tata Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated financial results (with limited review) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>In accordance with the 'Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window from December 25, 2015 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Company informed that an Analysts' Call would be held on February 10, 2016, post announcement of financial results to respective Stock Exchange. | |
