Tata Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that on attaining the superannuation age of 65 years, Mr. P. K. Ghose, Executive Director and CFO of the Company, has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from September 30, 2015 in accordance with the Companys Retirement Policy.
