| Tata Communications Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 1256.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 2317.10 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 11868.60 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 12051.10 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Unaudited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net loss of Rs. (213.80) million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at net profit of Rs. 945.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 51759.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 45243.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.<br/><br/>"Consequent to the order of the Bombay High Court dated January 24, 2014, approving the Scheme of Arrangement, the transfer of the IDC division (Colocation service division of the Company) to Tata Communications Data Centers Private Limited (TCDC) was effected from January 01, 2013 in terms of the Scheme during the quarter ended March 31,2014.<br/><br/>Accordingly the results for the standalone quarter ended March 31, 2014 reflect the effect of the Scheme and are not comparable with the results of the other periods." | |
