Tata Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Company did not consider for adoption the annual financial statements, during its meeting held on May 27, 2015, as the financial statements of one of its material foreign subsidiaries are in the process of being finalised. Company expects to receive the said financial statements within next 4-5 weeks.
