Tata Consultancy Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2015, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. recommend a Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
