Tata Elxsi Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 90% (Rs. 9 per share of Rs. 10/- each) on the paid-up capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014, subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming AGM of the Company.
