Tata Elxsi Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2016, inter alia,has recommended a dividend of 140% (Rs. 14/- per share of Rs. 10/- each) on the paid up capital of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming AGM of the Company.
