Subject; Intimation Under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) regulations 2015 This has reference to the disclosure dated 5th May 2017 made by Tata Coffee Limited (TCL), a subsidiary of our Company wherein they have mentioned that 'Tata Coffee Vietnam Company Limited' (TCVCL), had become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Coffee Limited. Consequent to TCVCL becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of TCL which a subsidiary of our Company, TCVCL also becomes a subsidiary of Tata Global Beverages Limited. This disclosure is made in terms of the requirements of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
