With reference to the earlier letter dated October 14, 2014 regarding Q2 results on October 31, 2014, Tata Global Beverages Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will now meet on November 05, 2014, instead of October 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Financial Results and the Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.
