Tata Global Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, to :<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Consider and approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Consider recommendation of equity dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, an Analyst meet in respect of the Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2016 after the conclusion of the Board Meeting. Any subsequent changes in the Schedule will be posted on the website of the Company.
