Tata Global Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that as per "Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the trading window of the Company will be closed from December 24, 2015 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2015. The same has been informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
