Tata Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8.50 per Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each and a dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016.
