Tata Motors Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider the audited Standalone Results as well as the unaudited Consolidated results (with limited review) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the revised Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its designated employees regarding the closure of the trading window from September 24, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive).
