Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.30 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each (@ 130%) to the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Dividend, if declared at the said AGM, will be paid on and from August 07, 2015 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same.<BR><BR>The Trading Window for the Companys shares was closed from May 12, 2015 and will open on May 22, 2015.
