The Exchange has sought clarification from Tata Power Company Ltd with respect to disclosure dated December 10, 2014 titled &quot;Tata Power signs Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 540 MW coal based thermal power project in Maharashtra&quot;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;With reference to the Share Purchase Agreement executed with Ideal Energy Project (IEPL) for acquisition of 100% shareholding, the Company has been requested to provide the following clarification to the Exchange in terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. Estimated cost of acquisition and the period of completion.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Nature of consideration&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Whether the said acquisition would fall under related party transactions&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The reply is awaited.
