Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that consequent upon his reaching the age of superannuation, Mr. S. Ramakrishnan, Executive Director (Finance) will cease to be Director and Executive Director of the Company at the close of business hours on February 28, 2014.<br/><br/>Mr. S. Padmanabhan, Executive Director (Operations) will currently hold additional charge of the Finance function as Chief Financial Officer.
