| Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.25 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each (@ 125%) to the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014 at Birla Matushri Sabhagar, Sir Vithaldas Thackersey Marg, 19, New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 020.<br/><br/>Dividend, if declared at the said AGM, will be paid on and from August 14, 2014 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same. | |
