Tata Sponge Iron Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, have made the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company :<br/><br/>1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Sundararamam Dwaraka Bhamidipati from the Board w.e.f. August 16, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pattnaik as Additional Director and also as Executive Director w.e.f. August 16, 2014 for a period of 3 years;<br/><br/>3. Appointed Mr. Krishnava S. Dutt as Additional Director (Non-executive and Independent) w.e.f. August 16, 2014;<br/><br/>4. Appointed Mrs. Meena Lall as Additional Director (Non-executive and Non-independent) w.e.f. August 16, 2014.
