With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 16, 2014 regarding the press release on divestment of stake in The Dhamra Port Company Limited, Tata Steel Ltd has now informed BSE that LandT Infrastructure Development Projects Limited, Tata Steel Limited and Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited had signed a share purchase agreement dated May 16, 2014 for sale of 100% stake in The Dhamra Port Company Limited. The transaction has been successfully completed.
