Tata Steel Ltd has informed BSE that, in terms of Regulations 8 and 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations") and SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company confirms that the Board of Directors of the Company have formulated and adopted the revised Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices.<BR><BR>In compliance with the Regulation 8 of the Regulations, the Company has submitted to BSE the Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices and has also been made available on the website of the Company.
