Tata Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8/- per Equity (Ordinary) Share of Rs. 10 each to the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 12, 2015.
