The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. To recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Companys Insider Trading window will remain closed between May 12, 2015 through May 21, 2015 (both days inclusive).
