| Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2015 to consider and approve, inter alia, Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014. <BR> <BR>Further, pursuant to Regulation 3.2 of the Schedule I (Part A - Model Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for listed companies) to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading And Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed between January 22, 2015 to January 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
