| Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. N. Srinath was appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2011, for a period of 3 years. His current term is expiring on January 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2014 has re-appointed Mr. N. Srinath as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years with effect from February 01, 2014.<br/><br/>The said appointment shall be placed for approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company. | |
