With reference to the news article in Business Standard, on July 20, 2015 captioned "Tata offers to buy out Docomo at Rs. 23.30 a share", Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"The news item pertains to equity shares of Tata Teleservices Limited held by NTT Docomo and not of our Company, i.e., Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited and we are not in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information that is required to be intimated to the Exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement."
