| Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Regulation 3.2 of the Schedule I (Part A - Model Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for listed companies) to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading And Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed between November 06, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). | |
