Tayo Rolls Ltd has informed BSE that the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company for FY 2014-15 was held on August 20, 2015.<BR><BR>In the AGM, along with other businesses, the following changes in the Directorship took place:<BR><BR>1. Mrs. Ramya Hariharan has been appointed as Director of the Company. Further, the shareholders have also approved her appointment as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years from October 20, 2014 till October 19, 2019.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Yoshikazu Miyasaka has been appointed as Director of the Company.
