Tayo Rolls Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Board at their meeting held on February 24, 2017 have decided to allot 1,00,000 (one lakh only) 7.17% Non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) each aggregating to Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore only) to Tata Steel Limited, the Promoter on Preferential basis.
