Tayo Rolls Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 15, 2015, have allotted 16,00,000 (sixteen lakhs only), 8.50% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) each to Tata Steel Limited on Preferential basis.
