TCI Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2015 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, as per "TCI Finance Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from the start of business hours of January 12, 2015 and the "Trading Window" will be open after an elapse of 24 hours from the time of announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
