TCI Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per TCI Finance Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from the start of business hours of July 21, 2014 and the "Trading Window" will be open after an elapse of 24 hours from the time of announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
