| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on January 12, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 15115 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 1725 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 1800 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 5000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 4007 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>- 2583 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
