| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on July 20, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 60642 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 4800 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 19200 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 1900 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 29930 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>- 4812 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
