| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 06, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 39868 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 3000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 1000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 20214 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B -2013. <BR><BR>- 15154 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
