Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Agreement, we wish to inform the Stock Exchange of the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on March 18, 2017 for issue and allotment of a total of 484460 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under: 350000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000. 23400 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006. 10000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010. 11000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014. 27052 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML ESOP B 2013. 63008 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML RSU.
