| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 18, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 2433976 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 8680 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000<BR><BR>- 18000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006<BR><BR>- 2400000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 2296 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>- 5000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
