| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on November 11, 2014 for issue and allotment of a total of 26100 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<br/><br/>- 7495 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<br/><br/>- 5300 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<br/><br/>- 2500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<br/><br/>- 6430 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<br/><br/>- 4375 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
