| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on January 19, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 293136 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 6640 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 11800 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 208500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>- 25816 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>- 40380 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
