| Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 16, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 53060 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>" 14700 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>" 16668 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>" 2692 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>" 19000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU. | |
