| Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, have:<BR><BR>1. Approved payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of nominal value Rs. 2/- each (in addition to interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share paid during the year) for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Tenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on August 08, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Adopted the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct under the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
