Technofab Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Mr. Sandeep Kumar Vij has resigned from the additional position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 11, 2015. He will however be continuing and retaining the position of Chief Financial Officer [CFO] of the Company.<BR><BR>2. In his place Mr. Ashish Kapil has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 11, 2015.
