Techtran Polylenses Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited financial results and Audited Consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider recommending dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15, if any.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors /Officers /Designated Employees of the Company from May 12, 2015 to May 24, 2015 (both days Inclusive). The communication has been circulated to all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees.
