Tecpro Systems Ltd has informed BSE that State Bank of India has assigned all rights, title and interests in financial assistances granted by them to Tecpro Systems Limited in favour of Edelweiss Assets Reconstruction Limited ("EARC") on March 23, 2015 and that EARC has become the major lender in place of State Bank of India for Tecpro Systems Limited.<BR><BR>In the opinion of the management with the support of EARC, the Company should be back on revival path soon.
